Next Cycle Prep

At the end of each month, you'll want to get ready for the next cycle. In this page we will walk through the steps to take to update EZdemand to prep it for the next cycle.

Update the Edit Start Date

Go to the Admin Home page

Click on the Application Maintenance link

Change the Edit Start Data and Edist Start Window Date for USA, Canada and LATAM by clicking on the date and choosing the first day of the month for your new cycle.

Important. You need to update the "Fact Tables" after making these updates so that the budget, history and statistical forecast properly respect these dates. https://docs.ezdemand.com/admin/update-fact-tables

Publishing the forecast to EZplan

This is only available to clients that have been set up to publish forecasts to EZplan.

Go to the Admin Home page

Go to the Data section and click on Publish Forecast to EZplan
